What we collect

We collect the email address and practice area you give us when you request a shortlist or subscribe to the briefing, plus standard analytics events (page views, traffic source, and opt-ins) through our own first-party tracker and, where enabled, Google Analytics, Meta pixel, LinkedIn Insights, TikTok pixel, and Google Ads tagging. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

Email and practice area are used to send the requested PDF and the weekly briefing, and to improve which guides we publish. Analytics help us understand which traffic sources bring readers.

Google sign-in

If you use the Google button, we receive your email address only when Google confirms it. We never see your password and we store no Google profile data.

Cookies and pixels

Advertising pixels set cookies to measure whether our guides reach the right readers. Pixels load only from this site and never change page content.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links are on every email. You can ask us to delete your email record by writing to [email protected].
